What can you learn from Kelly Kilduff who won the 2021 “Rep of the Year” for the Midwest region?

For the fifth time, a Market Force sales agent has won Sqwincher’s “Rep of the Year” in the Midwest region for 2021. Here’s what you can learn based on how Sqwincher grades their manufacturer's representatives:

  • Communication with the Sqwincher team: are you returning phone calls/emails/texts immediately? Are you offering feedback to your manufacturers consistently?

  • Successful joint calls with their regional Sqwincher sales director and independent calls: are your joint calls well-prepared? Are you visiting the key decision-makers? Are you following up on your sales visits?

  • End-user conversions to Sqwincher and end-user trainings on the benefits of Sqwincher and how to prevent heat stress with proper hydration

  • End-user placement of the various Sqwincher promotions.

  • Management of national account distributors and regional distributors: are you working with the national account safety specialists and construction specialists? Are you making end-user visits with their national account end-users?

  • New distribution development

Beside Kelly meeting and exceeding the above Sqwincher criteria, he grew his Sqwincher territory 41% over 2020.
